Wonderful service! The interior of our car was particularly dirty and they did a very thorough job. I am so happy we came here. We did have to wait in line because they are busy but it went by quickly and the service was polite and clear and I am very happy with the quality of the wash and the price was reasonable. I will definitely return here.

Horrible wash. No words! I leave the pictures talk for me.
They charge for 7 seats but they don’t vacuum or clean the last seats row.
They broke my mat lock on the second row, now my mat is moving make it worthless to keep the floor clean.
Not even the wheel is properly cleaned….

I paid them for a special wash, which includes interior and exterior, but they didn't vacuum the trunk. When I asked them they told me that I had to pay extra for that. I mean, it doesn't make sense!! Three stars just for hard work of their employee.

I used to be a loyal customer of Lave Auto Marco Polo, taking both of my cars there for a wash every week, spending $53 plus tips for each. However, my experience on February 18th was absolutely unacceptable.
After a major snowstorm left 75cm of snow in LaSalle, I had no choice but to leave my car at the gas station next to Lave Auto overnight since they were closed. I returned first thing in the morning at 7 AM, only to find my vehicle blocked by three snow plowing trucks owned by Lave Auto.
The owner was incredibly rude and threatened not to give my car back unless I paid $150. This is not how you treat loyal customers! Marco Polo, you are not law enforcement. What you did was wrong and completely unprofessional. Instead of threatening me, you should have called 311 or the police to handle the situation properly.
I will never return to this place and I advise others to think twice before using their services.
