Dump. This place is rundown, there’s lists of problems every time I go. Garbage EVERYWHERE. The bays are always muddy and full of garbage but no garbage cans that employees take care of? Oh there was no employee there when I was there at 7:30 am. Doors are always broken, wands are floppy and half the bays almost never work. Vacuums are looking like an actual dump with the amount of garbage. I couldn’t even see the soap on my vehicle so I’m questioning what and if they use soap and what amounts?? Pretty sure the spotless isn’t a true spotless machine I think it’s just a lower pressure. (Not sure) I’ve spent hundreds if not in the thousands of dollars here over the years and it’s got to a point where there is almost zero upkeep. It’s expensive! $15 gets you 10 minutes of poor quality and low amount of soap and a broken wand you have to hold with poor pressure and low heat. I went to check and ask why $15 is worth only 10 minutes where other car washes are $10 for 20 minutes! Nobody was there so I decided I’ll take some pictures and show what this run down hole actually is. Get out of Chestermere and let somebody else buy this place to make it actually worth while for people and the new communities to go. I’ll not be going back, as well my family members. Multiple peoples business gone.

Worst car wash place.
Their equipments doest not work at all and they just charged unnecessarily.First I used their water sprinkler it didn’t work then I went to next spot and I tapped my card and their foam brush didn’t worked. I went to the guy over their, explained what happened but that guy was so rude and refused to help me instead said owner will be here in half an hour then talk to him… like really I am that much free?? Their machine just deducted the money and no service I got from them. They just refused that we cannot do anything.. If you do not have any solutions for people who faces problem with you equipment then please get your equipments replaced. Worst service… I advise people not to go there which really makes them feel the worth of customers… Hope this business closes soon. Fake people working there and the owner as well

Don't even bother with the vacuumes. They don't work at all. I tried both and ended up having charges for each even though I only had them on for thirty seconds or so. BS
However the car wash i have no complaints about+

Very disappointed with my experience. The place was not well maintained — it was dirty, the soap dispensers barely worked, and overall cleanliness was lacking. To make matters worse, I got a nail in my tire while leaving the parking area of the building, which caused a flat. This was the final straw. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place to others. Thank you, but never again.

If zero was an option, I would rate this zero. Unfortunately, I have encountered multiple issues that have led me to discontinue using this facility.
Firstly, I have noticed random charges on my credit card, which prompted me to switch to cash payments. However, when I attempted to exchange a $20 bill for loonies, the machine only dispensed $19 loonies. Additionally, whenever I insert a dollar into the machine, it tends to get stuck, resulting in a frustrating experience.
Overall, I have not had a positive experience with this car wash, as it seems to take my money regardless of the payment method used. Furthermore, I often find that there are no staff members available to assist with these issues. Due to these ongoing problems, I have decided to stop using this car wash facility.

Terrible car wash... water is ice cold, barley any soap or wax comes on on these settings.. was in there for 10 to 15 minutes washing my truck and it still came out dirty... vs the place I went to while in fort mac... same pricing.. but the soap.. soaps... and the water was hot, truck came out super clean in the same ammount of time.. cheap cheap CHEAP owners pinching pennies off customers to make more profit. Avoid it and go somewhere else.
