Unfortunately I will probably never return. Vacuuming was ok (where they vacuumed) but they fully missed the whole back of my SUV and it was totally cleaned out for them to clean. They really don’t wipe down anything inside the car either. Paid $30 basically for a car wash and partial vacuum.

If you want to get your car cleaned, please DON'T come. My car has always been kept very clean, so I just wanted to wash off the dirt caused by the rain. For this, I bought the expensive package, hoping to get it cleaned well. Unfortunately, it seems that my money was not spent in the right place. The car wash service here is even worse than an automatic car wash. The marks on my car are still there waving hand to me. This is my first time came here, but it will also be my last. I'm extremely disappointed.

First visit here today on ladies day. Fantastic service! I hope the staff gets paid a decent wage because they sure work hard. I got the full service clean including exterior wash, inside wipe down and vacuum. Bonus wax and polish for ladies day. Only cost me $26 for all services. Considering a drive through car wash is half this price, this is a really good deal. My car has never looked better!

Honestly it’s a good price for someone else cleaning your car but at the end of the day it is really just a normal car washed and someone else vacuuming and cleaning the floor mats. It’s definitely not worth getting that gold wash as they don’t actually clean and or polish the wheels and tires they just drive it through the same car wash.
About a third of the price of other places but the price saving is reflected in the quality. If your vehicle isn’t that dirty and you’re just getting it touched up it’s probably the best deal in town.

I’m so disappointed with the service I received from this place. It’s by far the worst car wash service I have experienced.
I paid for a gold standard wash however, the cars interior is still filthy, not wiped down, covered in dust and stains. There’s still loads of dog hair in the car that I asked to be removed and they missed cleaning the drivers foot mat.
There’s was certainly no fresh scents as promised.
Such a shame. The place has the potential to be great.

I purchased the Gold Package for $35, expecting a high-quality car wash, but what I got was a complete disappointment. There were swirl marks on my car, the rims were not properly cleaned, and despite the package including tire and wheel cleaning, they were still dirty.
To make things worse, my driver’s side mat was barely touched. When I pointed out the dust still on it, the representative gave me a ridiculous excuse, saying that multiple people get in and out of the car during the wash—they clearly prioritized speed over quality, rushing through an hour-long backlog of cars instead of providing proper service.
When I questioned them about the poor job, I was told, “We are not detailers; it’s just a quick wash.” If I wanted a quick wash, I would have gone to Esso Car Wash for $18, which is faster, more efficient, and delivers better results.
This was the worst car wash service I have ever experienced—definitely not worth $35. Save your money and go elsewhere!

I bought a full service package to clean the inside of the car, the dust remains the same. It was not worth the money I paid. I said it was especially for the dust inside my car and waited for 1 and a half hours. For your information.

I went in on Friday morning for the gold service. I drove all the way from Sidney to get my biannual full clean. The guys outside vacuuming did an amazing job, although they missed my tires, which wasn’t a big deal. However, the team cleaning the windows left streaks, and while that was also not a huge issue, what really upset me was that I ended up with a nail in my tire after my visit.
I called them to let them know, and they said they sweep the area every morning, but it’s possible the nail came from the lot due to the homeless people who stay there at night. They didn't have a manager on duty at the time and said they would call me on Monday. I’m still waiting for that phone call.
Now I’m facing a $40 charge to fix my tire, plus the $35 I spent to have my car cleaned. Given the poor customer service, I will not be returning.
