Just was there (white ford escape) used vacuum and wash mats and car quickly. Used the $10 change I had run out before finishing rinse to get soap off as had no more $. So thought $2 on credit card should get soap off. We’ll get home notification from bank card charged twice $25.01
I’ve tried calling of course no answer no way to leave message. Was not busy 2 others in there. Car is not clean, vacuum couldn’t take end off to get in small area etc. I’d say go somewhere else not worth it. No customer service

Very poorly run facility. The product is inconsistent, usually you will leave with a mostly dirty car unless you use the scrub brush.
The bigger issue that their timers will not stop immediately when you press stop. They will count up for an additional 4-5 seconds which runs you over the next minute and charges an additional dollar. It’s happened to me there a few times. I’ve brought it up with the attendant who pretends not to understand then gets angry if you ask for a dollar back.
Better to go to Windermere Clean Car Wash - better facility and ownership listens / responds to their customers.

This place is an absolute scam!! Stay away! If you use your credit card, it automatically gets charged $25.01 per car wash regardless of the time. I had no idea this was happening for the longest time until I looked at my recent statements. They have no customer service either. 5 minute car wash said $6 on the screen but $25.01 on the bank statement.

Over charges - Fraudulent Business Practices. Everyone check your credit statement after using. Twice now in the last month I have ending the wash @ $15-$17, then later checked my visa and have been charged a full $25. How many hundreds of other people does this happen to, who don't check their card.
Went to speak with a worker about it, and was given the story " it's only their second day working " Could not guarantee anything would happen. I Left name and number for his manager to call me.

Needed to wash the car over the holiday season. This place was open and close by so thought I would give it a try. What a mistake, after 15 minutes of pre-soak, wash, scrub and rinse this is what my drying rag looked like. Low pressure, almost no soap and the water wasn't even warm. The best part is they put a $25 hold on your credit card. Go to Clean Car Wash in Windermere which normally only takes me about 10 minutes with a $10 credit card hold and you will actually have a clean car.

Edit (May 2025): equipment is in dire need of replacement. The brush hose was falling apart and the attempted duct tape job doesn't stop it from soaking you.

I used to like this place but it's 9:40pm and they've already put a barricade up at the entrance (they are supposed to close at 10). Asked the attendant and he wouldn't let me in. I just needed to rinse my car after the rain, wouldn't take 20 mins to do. I'll just go to Clean Car Wash in Windermere instead in the future.

Worst car wash ever. I spent $25.01 in an attempt to wash my Honda CRV (in ice cold water!!). The attendant refused to give me my money back, saying to me “You don’t need hot water”. The vehicle had typical road grime from city streets. I was forced to do a full 5 step wash in an attempt to get it clean - presoak, pressure wash, complete foam brush, 2nd pressure wash and rinse. The car was still dirty afterwards. I could rub my wet, semi-frozen hand over the paint and mud was still wiping off. Not only that, their stalls are so narrow you have to stand really close while washing it, with water splashing back into your face off the vehicle. Nasty, useless place. If you can’t offer a quality service, you should get out of the business.
