Definitely not my favorite car wash. For $2 you only get 2 minutes and the credit card function wasn't working so trying to find coins is a pain. I will not return. Solar wash on 137 ave is better value

Great for a basic touch less car wash. Average price ($12-$15). The only critique I have is that the fans at the end either are not strong enough or just don’t hit the entire vehicle because it really didn’t do a great job of drying off the car. Not a major deal. Still would go again. Especially if you drive a beater or older car like me.

I have used Sparkles many times. Location was convenient for me. Wand wash is usually ok. Auto wash is hit or miss. Its missed spots on my vehicle before but whatever. The last time only 2/3 of my truck was clean. I asked for a rewash and the attendant looked at me like I was stupid, shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Never again.

Sparkles has become my go-to car wash. The cleanliness of the bays is top-notch—everything is well-maintained, and there are plenty of bays available, so I never feel like I’m waiting forever to get in.
They also offer touchless car washes, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well it performed. In fact, it did a much better job than the CO-OP I used to frequent.
Sparkles has everything you’d expect from a great car wash—clean bays, high water pressure, and all the fixtures and tools you need.
If you’re in the area and need your car looking its best, Sparkles is definitely worth your business!

I used my credit card and they authorized it for $25, I did a quick spray, for a total of $6. Still waiting on the balance to be returned, 7 weeks later. They told me 4 weeks ago it would happen.I went in and explained how he could rectify the situation by pulling the data from the debit machines, he refused and dismissed me outright. Guys a scammer and should not be trusted with your credit card.

Self serve wand wash is absolutely absurdly overprice and a complete waste of money. Took me $15 to wash a small sedan that had already been through another companys touchless wash. You have to put in a MINIMUM of $2 worth of coins to start it, you put in $1 and you get 1 minute, put in another $1 and you get a total of 1:36. That math doesnt add up. Bays were dimly lit, dirty, everything felt slimey and gross. The foam brush (i dont care about my paint anymore), barely had anything foam coming out of it and left dirty bristle marks and streaks everywhere. I could pay a company less to wash the car and not have to get wet or do any work next time. 1 star is being generous

What’s the secret to a good car wash? Hot water. Was wondering why this car wash was so quiet. I was thinking this as I was washing my car. Car wash had nice hot water during the wash/soap cycle but then came to the rinse and I got nothing but cold water. This made for a bad wash. Hard to get soap off a cold vehicle with cold water.

First time washing my truck here. Prices seemed comparable to other touchless car wash. 4 options VS 3 at other places.
Payment booth didn't work the first time... Will look into my credit card statement if payment went twice.
Got the ultimate package and after completion, I inspected the truck and all panels were still very dirty (picture bellow). Stopped to talk to the manager and he made me go a second time using his own card. Second round could not clean my panels. Manager offered to clean it inside but I simply requested a refund and he gave me 14$ no questions asked.
Point to improve would be their dryer. The second the wash is complete, the dryers are on and the counter starts. You loose 4 to 10 second before you can drive to it. Then the blowers stops when the counter is still at 5 sec.
Overall, quality wash was not met. Service was very helpful. Payment and dryer could be improved.
