Extremely Poor Experience at Aladin Car Wash!
I visited this car wash centre today at 5 pm, expecting a quick and efficient service. Instead, I was left waiting for over 15 minutes with no staff in sight.
When I entered the adjacent store, I was shocked to find an employee sleeping on the sofa, completely oblivious to the waiting customers. When I asked if the car wash was open, he dismissively told me to wait "just a minute" before falling back asleep.
This level of disregard for customer service is appalling. It's clear that this car wash centre does not value its customers or their time. Needless to say, I will not be returning and would advise others to avoid this place altogether.

Wow! To say I am impressed would be an understatement. Great attention to detail, good value and very friendly guy. He hustled and worked at getting the small hidden dirt by hand…I even saw him take a toothbrush to clean tricky spots! I will be back!

Could do to update their machinery, but the staff was very friendly and polite and my car looked great afterward. Just got the regular wash. Would for sure go back.
