If you want your car professionally scratched from headlight to taillight, this is the place to go.
I went through this car wash on February 22, 2025 and immediately noticed that my car had been scratched through the clear coat. I returned 10 minutes later to report the damage, but the employee on duty informed me that the manager was not available. I asked them to have the manager call me back.
Four days passed with no response. I called the car wash three or four times on different days, but I still couldn’t reach the manager or anyone who could help. After several more days, I finally got through, and the manager called me back 10 minutes later. Unfortunately, the conversation was a waste of time, filled with empty promises. The manager claimed they would speak to the owner and follow up with me. That was over a week ago, and I have yet to hear back.
Not only did this car wash cause visible damage to my vehicle, but they also failed to take any responsibility or even offer an apology. Terrible service and zero accountability.

I brought my car here twice and it was really good. And the one who cleaned my car was the same guy. But today, he was not there and I brought my car for a VIP wash but i dont know what kind of VIP wash they did but look at the photos of the interior and exterior of the car. Looks like nothing was cleaned but just vacuumed. So disappointed. Not wort the money honestly.
