Disappointed after being a loyal customer for 2 years.
I’ve been using this car wash for over two years, but after my recent experience, I won’t be going back.
A week ago, the tap payment system on their machine didn’t work — the payment was deducted from my bank, but the wash didn’t start. They told me I could get a free wash next time to make up for it.
When I returned and politely explained the situation, they were extremely rude and refused to help, even though I showed them proof of payment.
It’s not about the free wash or the money — it’s about how you treat people. After being a regular customer for two years, I expected better service and basic respect. Unfortunately, I didn’t get either

Place is pathetic. Not hot water for weeks. Fine. They don’t tell you the soap doesn’t work when there is no hot water. Door is broken so you need to go in and out the same door, which is not easy with a full sized extended truck. Tell the employee that their sign doesn’t say that pressure soap doesn’t work, and he says oh well.

Been here once before and everything was good. Next time water bone cold did not clean the car at all staff said to many vehicles have been in. Meanwhile there is two cars in a 10 bay establishment… I recommend to look elsewhere

Would give this place no starts if I could. Went in put 15 dollars on the machine went to start washing and their pump was broken. After the employees 10 minute phone call with the owner they then they offered me to wash my truck with the fire hose for free. Couldn’t refund or let me wash in a different bay for free at an equivalent of $15. This place is a joke left without my refund, I will never be back. Try out river station car wash folks don’t waste your time or money over here.

Awful!!! You start paying as soon as you enter. Your time starts as soon as you get a ticket from outside. It doesn't tell you this outside. So you need to move fast and hope there is no one in front of you when you are leaving as you will still continue being charged. I just rinsed off my truck fast because I just wanted to get the dirt off, as it will get dirty again soon. I probably rinsed it for one minute or less however was charged for 10 mins. You should only pay for what you use. Scam!

If you need an over priced car wash this is the place to go. A soap spray, foam brush and rinse cost 25.65. it was only a span of ten minutes maybe 12. I would not recommend. I was here last week about 2pm and did almost the same for about 11 dollars. Find somewhere if you can

Place went way down hill after new owners. Half the bays closed. Cold water. No way they making money. Something Shady about this place 😉 Fix it and I'll come back 🙂

They have changed ownership, with the new owners it has drastically improved. Only car wash I've ever used that I didn't have to wipe down the chrome on my bike after washing
