Don’t expect miracles. I think I waited too long to get the car washed, because even after 2 runs through their supreme option, still lots of dirt/grime on the car. Looks better for sure, but for more than some light dirt it won’t cut it. Also left a lot of suds on the car after the second wash, so something to watch out for.
Attendant in the store was super helpful and kind though!

I’ve used this car wash a handful of times in the past years. Usually, it does not clean the car well and leaves many dirty spots. However, most recently the car wash malfunctioned and didn’t rinse the car. Only applied the soap. I spoke with the guy working at the gas station and asked him if we could borrow a hose or a bucket to rinse off the car at least. He offered us a mug (like a literal cup) to rinse the soap off………
In the end we were given a refund but visiting this car wash proved to be a huge waste of time and I had to drive away with a VERY soapy car

I went with the Ultimate Car Wash option for $15.74, and it was excellent. My car was really dirty, but after the wash, it looked spotless. It’s a touchless wash, so there’s no contact with the car, yet it still delivers a thorough clean. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Drove across the city to use this car wash for the first time, went up to the window to pay but the attendant said it doesn’t operate in negative temps. We saw a car pull in so we went around to check and sure enough, it was working. Went back to tell the attendant that there were people using it but we got the same answer. We told him the website says it only closes when it’s -15°C but he was still adamant it wasn’t working. At this point, someone else also showed up to use the car wash and got the same spiel from the attendant. We all watched a car pull out of the wash but he still refused to let us purchase a wash stating that he didn’t know how to process it. Eventually, he was somehow able to figure it out and let us pay for a wash. The wash was fine, what I expected for a touchless car wash. Would’ve been more convenient if they had a machine at the entrance of the wash for payment and I didn’t have to deal with the attendant.

Bought a car wash package and asked to use the washroom. Attendant told me that I can’t use the washroom because it’s store policy. Instead, that I should go urinate on the propane tanks in the front. Will not be returning to this location.
