This car wash is a complete scam! They take your money but have no employees to actually wash the car. The machines barely work, and there’s no one around to help if something goes wrong. I paid for a wash, and my car came out just as dirty as before. There’s no customer service, no refunds, and no accountability. They are fraudsters just stealing people’s money. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. This place should be shut down for scamming customers. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid at all costs!

I stopped by IN/OUT Car Wash (308 Kensington Rd, Unit 18, Brampton, ON L6T 4S5) late one night and was honestly blown away by how powerful their system is. From the outside, it didn’t look like much, and I almost drove away thinking it might not be worth it. But once I started washing, I could feel (and see!) just how strong their water pressure was—so strong it literally filled the entire wash bay with a fine mist.
It felt like they must’ve recently installed a brand-new power wash system because the water came out with impressive force and made cleaning my car a breeze. The place was also well-lit and easy to navigate at midnight, which is a huge plus for night owls. Although I live in Mississauga and can’t swing by regularly, I highly recommend this coin car wash to anyone in the Brampton area. It’s definitely worth the visit if you want a quick, thorough wash at any hour.

The brushes have no foam and the water hose leaks. One of the vacuum also was not working during our last visit. I believe the owner or the care taker don’t even care about placing a sign about it

Very dangerous and unmaintained wash bays. Drain grate missing on one wash bay in particular. Would be very easy to twist your ankle. What’s left of it is weak looking and I wouldn’t trust it to drive across. Mounds of dirt on both sides. Very obvious that it’s rarely cleaned or inspected.
