If you are gonna have subscriptions you should make sure both lanes are open during the day at all times! I cancelled my subscription today because I live on the opposite side of town and almost every time I make the effort to go wash there is only one bay open and about 7-8 cars in line. Would also help if there was a second car wash on the west end of town!

Absolutely disgusting service. It’s happening to me 3rd day in a row in few of co op car washes. I came at 9:05. There was 0! 0 car in cars in wash line and they closed the bay and didn’t let me wash my car. What am I paying subscription for? All apps, maps say they close at 10pm. I want my money for the subscription back! This is a message to support team.

This carwash is great when the soaps are topped up. We pay for a subscription and 50% of the time one of the soaps or the polish is not topped up. If there was another Coop carwash in town that would be helpful, but because it is the only one, make checking your product a twice a day routine. If this doesn't change, we will be canceling our subscription.

This car wash always has good deals on, but coop needs to figure out the maintenance situation here. Almost every day one of the 2 wash bays are closed. Always a longer lineup needed than necessary. Could have them both operational and make more money.
Update- car was here still sucks. Second bay broken again. Gotta get it figured out eventually eh?
