Zero stars! Car Wash Express is gouging customers by charging $1.20 per minute as soon as you take a ticket and drive into the wash bay until the time you reach the cashier. I was charged over $30 for 26 minutes to rinse and vacuum; that's outrageous and you know it!
I didn't believe I was there for 26 minutes! You have no 'signage' anywhere to inform customers of how you are charging them once they print that ticket. Other wand wash businesses charge $2 per feature and I can get my car cleaned for under $10 anywhere else!
Your water is so full of calcium build-up that it left white spots all over my vehicle and I have never experienced that before at any other car wash! This was my first and LAST time I ever go here. I do not recommend anyone do a car wash here!!

Absolute SCAM they charged me over $30 to just rinse and soap my car. Did not properly explain to us how it’s 1.20 per minute from the moment you come in. DO NOT COME HERE!!! I had the same issue with other dissatisfied customers

They are very cheap and charging a lot of money. The lady sitting there said you took 10 mins to wash the car and charged us for that. We literally took 3 mins coz we just rinsed with water. She doesn't even have proof where the minutes are showing that how much we took. Unbelievable

Wow, this place is bad! I went in when it was super cold out and the attendant never closed the entrance or exit doors so I literally froze my hands trying to wash my car. The water on the car also froze as I was trying to wash it. Would never ever go back. I have no idea why they wouldn't close the doors.

My main concern is regarding the lady today. The date is January 31 2024 and I went there for a Car Wash I just I was new there and I didn’t knew how to operate it and how to make the car to enter. I asked the lady sitting inside was on shift and she was being a very rude to me and she didn’t even guided me. She also abused me. I know there is a water ban so I asked her if the water is ban I will not wash the car but she said you can bring your car in and take a wash I asked her about the price. She was even not responding to that. She said you entered the Car Wash and now your time has started. I will charge you according to myself after performing a Car Wash. I just asked her that what’s the estimate and how much I need to pay for that, she charged me six dollars for two minutes I asked about the history. I asked about the bill she neither gave me that and I asked her name like what’s your name. She didn’t told me her name that’s the way they guys treat their customers. I request the manager if he or she is watching this to tell that lady to perform their tasks properly, neither getting mad on the customers in a very rude manner and disrespecting the customers. Never prefer coming again here due to that lady who was very very very very rude to me.

This car wash used to be good!
NOT ANYMORE!
I was in there for a few minutes and it cost me $18!
There's hardly any soap when you select the soap function, and it doesn't clean at all! As soon as I drove out and parked in the lot to dry it , I could see it was still dirty, and I made sure to do a good job with the wand!!
Do yourself a favor and go to MINT!!
It's much cheaper, and if your car is dirty you go in a second time for free. Plus their vacuum cleaners, towels and mat wash are free.
