Left a bank card in the atm there, talked to Karen on the phone and she was concerned and caring on the phone, gave us some suggestions that ended up in the retrieval of our card. I called the # back to let them know we had found the card, left a message on their answering machine and she unexpectedly then sent me a text back to say how happy she was that we had found the card. Truly spectacular customer service- authentic, caring and engaged.

Took my 2025 ram 3500 truck through the wash but the corner was so tight and my front tire got stuck on something then my truck didn't want to move. Turned out to be the yellow curb. I was trying to figure out what was even under my truck then the door closed and made it so I couldn't backup enough.
I managed to wiggle it back and forth in 4wd
And I managed to get it unstuck.
And get lined up properly the wash was $20 the receipt machine was out of paper so it didn't give me one. After the truck came out it was still dirty, wheels, road grime between the emblems cab corners and the tailgate were still filthy.
I had to pull it over to one of the bays and it costed another $7 for me to finish the job as quickly as I could. I'm sure this works great on SUVs and cars but the bigger truck didn't turn out so well in the wash.

I have had issues with this place pretty much every time I am there. The last time we were there, the "attendent" that walked up to my truck looked like a homeless person, and then he got mad when I wouldn't open the window for a strange, homeless looking man coming up to my window..I thought he was begging for money. The guy started yelling, and then yelled we weren't allowed to wash our truck there because he was upset at me not rolling down my window.
Went back today to try and wash my truck..8 degrees out..he tried getting me to go through the automatic car wash, and when I said no, he said that is why he put cones out. He then said I have to wait for one of the bays being used..even though he had open bays.... tried to say it was frozen, but the temp on my dash said 8 degrees.
I just don't get it. I have washed my vehicles here for at least 15 years, and now who ever the lot person is, has a really bad attitude, yells at paying customers, and expects them to wait for a bay being used when there are open bays available. A really bad experience 2 times in a row.
I am just going to drive to Ladysmith and wash my truck there....at least I will get to wash it. Duncan definitely needs another wand car wash, as the attitude from the lot guy is just not worth dealing with.

This is our favorite spot. The lady is so cool, always trying to help, and they have free service after 10 visits. We like the polish-wax package. The vending machine is full of scents options. That's very useful.

Horrible service. Refused to let me wash my truck because I wouldn't open my window to a strange man walking up to my truck. Spend your money at a vendor worthy of your hard earned cash because this place isn't that.

Excellent place to wash your own car. I used the self-spray/brush area and found it to be efficient and effective. Knowing the drained water is cleaned before returning to the aquifer is important to me.
