If you can tell me how to work the vacuum (in each bay) I'll change to 5 stars. Nobody there knew how to get it to work, I asked the customers in each bay. Most common response was I vacuum someplace else. It's fine by me that you do not staff the place but at least have some instructions!!

These guys are overcharging with Visa. They charge $25 pre-authorization but it doesn't get corrected to the amount you used and you end up paying $25 for say a $16 car wash. It's happened several times to me and yes I am pressing stop when completed. From now on I'm taking photos of the amount I'm supposed to be charged and will simply dispute every single overcharge with Visa.

DO NOT BUY LOYALTY CARDS nor go to this location.
Long time customer, own multiple black cars and keep them very clean. Been going here for years and even my family knows that I use it a lot so they bought me a loyalty card for Xmas. I used the pass once and then came back three days later with a different car and the card said declined. I was in a rush so I grabbed my usual card and it also said declined. I just used my credit card that day because I knew that no staff would be on site (as usual) and I would have to phone another day.
Well I went back today and an employee was actually there. He got on the phone with his manager and the manager then asked to speak to me. He stated the card number was never activated (yet I had already used it once). He said can you get the receipt, I said probably the credit card statement and he said no that’s not good enough. He was consistently interrupting on the phone call, he didn’t want to help at all. What a shame.
They have now lost my business.
FYI The door is always broken, nothing but issues. The line up is huge and takes forever. The staff has been rude if they are ever there. I try to support small businesses being a business owner myself and it’s ones like these that make people use big bucket instead.

Honestly, Sudsy’s is one of those underrated gems in the city. It’s old-school in the best way — just pull up, grab a wand, and go to town on your car. The bays are always clean, everything works, and it doesn’t feel like a cash grab. I usually spend like 4 bucks and get my car looking brand new again

Usually use coins when I visit this car wash but the change machine would not accept my $10.00 bill though I tried multiple times. Used my credit card and instead of the usual $8.00 for the same amount of time I was charged almost $25.00. Shame Shame Shame. You should fix your change machine so people do not get ripped off!!!!

I'm SO impressed with this car wash, I had to leave a review. We have been traveling by car for weeks and the amount if bugs stuck/baked to my vehicle was astronomical. I used the presoak and (as recommended by the owner on site) I let it sit while I finished vacuuming the interior. It was unbelievable how easily the bugs came off leaving my car looking amazing. It saved me time and was so effective. This car wash is great!!! It's has high quality products, it's clean, it's well lit and the owner is so lovely and helpful. I will definitely be supporting this business.

Kind of want to keep this place a secret, as their prewash works better than any other. My car never has road grime left after doing their prewash, soap wand, rinse, and spot free finish. I haven't tried every car wash, but I've tried a lot, and this one is the best.
