I dont know why i even bother tipping. Went here cause the usual car wash i go to on Marcel lauren was closed... its unfortunate but it was the only one open near me. Trunk wasn't cleaned at all...usually when I say in and out, the entire car is cleaned. I should've taken a picture on one side on the exterior of my car cause it wasn't cleaned properly. Exterior wash took 6 mins only... definitely wont come back!

Imagine you ask for "interior only"
You specify that you need to clean the inside to give it back to rental company, you repeat that it's important to clean the inside, still they charge you 27$ for interior only, I would have clean it myself if I knew I had to do it
myself at the end, somehow they bring a lot of material around the car and get in and get out 10 times, but still somehow they never noticed the dirty spots. 27$ paid and 45 min lost to finally do it myself. Horrible business
Even I specified "can you please do the trunk twice" no, they said yes of course, trunk was never opened.

Staff was very friendly but I was disappointed with the clean. When I come to a car wash, I expect a really thorough clean, not surface level. After leaving, I realize that my trunk was not cleaned, and some sticky stuff on my seats and in the middle is still sticky… Fingerprints on my car screen, etc. Definitely missing attention to detail.
