I do a lot of highway driving for work, so my car gets fairly dirty quickly with a lot of bug residue on the front. Over time, the bug residue becomes hard to remove. I found this place via Google and was very impressed with their high ratings and good reviews. Neighborhood’s Classic Car Wash certainly did not disappoint. I got the VIP In & Out package done and I was very satisfied with the work done, along with the affordable prices. Customer service was also on point. There were 3 employees working and all 3 greeted me and smiled when they passed me in the waiting room - small gestures like these go a long way. Highly recommend!

The staff seemed nice enough and I believe they had the best intentions. That’s not enough to bring me back. The wheel wells were not even sprayed with a power washer and still dirty. Windshield was still dirty. Somehow my drivers seat was wet.
The results for the ultimate wash were worse than the gas station car washes. No sense in going out of your way for.

Literally the BEST car wash in the city! I went in last Monday with my SUV and they did such a fabulous job! They paid attention to detail and you could tell! What there in 2023 and they did a great job detailing my car. I was totally impressed!
I went again this year and was totally disappointed.
They did something to my radio, and now preset stations don’t work, and they kept saying it wasn’t their problem!
If they won’t own up to a radio that they broke, what other damage will they not own up to that they cause.
AM NOT PLEASED, AND WILL NOT BE BACK!!!
